1. Services Provided We offer a range of professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and engine bay cleaning. All services are performed with the utmost care using high-quality products. Specific service inclusions are detailed on our service menu or quote provided at the time of booking. 2. Appointment Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of the selected detailing service. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling within 60 days of the original appointment date will not require a new deposit. If you do not reschedule within 60 days, a new deposit will be required. 4. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled at our discretion and treated as a no-show, in which case the deposit is forfeited. 5. Vehicle Condition We reserve the right to adjust service charges if the condition of the vehicle requires more time or labor than initially quoted (e.g., excessive pet hair, stains, or neglected vehicles). Any such changes will be discussed with you before work begins. 6. Liability While we take every precaution during detailing, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn or aged vehicle surfaces, or unforeseen issues that arise during the detailing process due to the vehicle’s condition. 7.
